The Liberal government announced last week a massive plan: ONE TRILLION DOLLARS in new investment over the next five years. To fund this, the Canadian deficit is projected to balloon to over $78 billion by 2025-26. I sincerely hope that Mark Carney and the Liberals turn their promises into a credible, actionable plan that earns the confidence and trust of Canadians.
